jQuery Lightview 2.0 imminent

In march 2009 I developed version 1.0 of my Light View an since then it has been corrected and improved several times and is now in a solid version 1.5. On the drawing board, I am writing a major update of the gallery, which means you can have a variable size description of the description area. This might not mean anything to you if you have not yet seen the plugin in action. Take a look at the Plugin page here on my blog to see more examples. I have chosen to share my plugin so everyone can enjoy and use it. You can download and use the plugin as you like.

The corrections of jQLightview is being made on request from Holstebro Museum of art who need the plugin to display a large selection of their many works of art. Holstebro art museum have to show a great many details about each work of art and current jQLightview can only display a fixed amount of text.

A quick example

I have made an example of how jQLightview works with descriptions of varying length. Some of them are too long, others too short.
